When will I get my order?
It takes 48 hours for our designers to create your poster.
Once you've approved your digital proof, we ship out your poster. The shipping time depends on your location but is generally between 4 and 7 days.
Where will my order ship from?
We are currently selling in the USA only.
All orders are automatically routed to the print facility closest to the delivery destination to help reduce shipping times and be as "green" as possible.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org):
● Check your shipping confirmation email for potential address errors.
● Check with your local post office to see if they have your package.
● Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: If you're expecting a home delivery but you know you won't be home to accept it, use an alternative address where someone else can accept it.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
what should I do IF THE POSTER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT? OR IT'S THE WRONG ONE?
We hate when that happens! Help us resolve the issue by emailing us at email@example.com within a week of receiving the product. We'll need photos of the damaged (or wrong) product, your order number, and any other pertinent details. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
Because of the custom nature of our posters, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer refunds?
We will work with you via email on changes to the digital preview until you are 100% satisfied. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the digital proof, we will give you a full refund... Or we can issue you a gift card. Once you've accepted the preview, the poster goes to print production and refunds are no longer possible.
If the item you ordered is the wrong item or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of the items in question. We’ll sort out the glitch and make things right by sending you the right item or issuing a refund.
